Well it could be that their relationships is open and she's okay with it bc she knows that he wouldn't catch feelings with the others. Could be she's only and does It with others too with Nao's permission. It just depends. There are relationships like that and it may not be normal but there are relationships out there like that. Everyone different she has her reasons for allowing it , whether she be a real person or a fictional charcter.
