I don’t care if you dress your sob story up with cute chibis/dolls it does not make me ok with the redemption arc it is heading towards. This thing is a mess. Also, Eden was depressed about the death of his sister and she though “I’ll cheer him up by telling him my even more miserable back-story.” Questionable decision, in my opinion.
Another side note; I don’t know how I missed it, or if it was even mentioned, that Eden was the former crown prince? That is another questionable decision by Kiris to keep the former crown prince alive. Kiris is not a very strong ruler to begin with and it leaves room for further instability after he took over the empire. It might also just be a translation issue? Because Eden’s parents are a Duke and Duchess, and I think that was how he was introduced earlier.
If anybody knows please clear this up for me.

What is wrong with this girl? I’m not going to lie, that proposal was totally rushed and out of the blue, but he still proposed to her. So what the heck does she mean he seemed disappointed for some reason.
