I have a feeling that Sahn likes Dojin and that whenever Dojin is dating someone/spends more time with a person more than dojin would on him, he would start spreading rumours to make Dojin feel dependent on him or to at least make that person cut ties with Dojin, y'know. Sure he was ok with the Seme being with Dojin all the time but that was because he didn't know about their relationship back then and that Dojin is gay(I think he didn't know??) So yeah :) but it's just a hunch.
