I think it depends on the person but as long as they don’t focus on it, it’ll go down on its own..In my case, when I get bricked up for no reason and I get conscious of it, it’ll take longer to go down, however, if I just pay no mind to it and not let it get to my head that I’m hard, it'd go down in a few minutes or so
