None of that sounds right. He might have difficulty empathizing and understanding a few things, but his chapters with Yoshino rank him more as a psychopath. He was geneuinely scared to have found her dead 2 chapters ago. Also I can’t remember a single thing that labels him as a narcissist. You got anything in mind?

& i think his concern for her comes from more of his self projection of what she is more than him actually understanding of her as her own person

The point of sociopaths is that they’re indeed narcisssts. They’re self involved. Most things they do is for their own benefits. They can’t sympathize and empathize with a lot of what we call “human emotions” so they’ve learned to mimic them. That doesn’t describe Kirishima in any way.

Nope. Comes from him being in love with her. I’ll let you read the next chapters and feel free to stick with that perception of what you think is true or accept it when a character proclaims their love for someone else.
