To add to all of the magnificent pointers people have already done in the comments below about what makes this piece so refreshing, my favorite parts is the fact that she’s didn’t get like super duper magical powers despite being a commoner.
I’ll explain: while having magic is great in this universe, it’s similar to how you encounter people who have a great singing voice or run really fast in our universe - in the sense that there’s a wow factor and we’re amazed by their skills, but it’s not unusual and it’s normal to see it. Many times in these “I’m the real/fake daughter” type of stories they’d still give mc a legendary buff to add to the “get my revenge for not loving me” factor. And I mean, it’s cool, I enjoy it, so I’m not bashing it. But it’s really nice how this story says “yeah, she doesn’t have super rare healing magic, just regular magic, but she should be treated just as nicely because she’s a human being. Not just because she could be a hero”. Instead of a “you discarded me bc I’m not special. Joke’s on you because I am, actually” we get a “Yeah, im not a goddess, so what? I am special in my own way and deserving of love and respect just as much”
And I love the author for it (≧∀≦)

wdym Sachia is one of her more trusted friends? I wont take that! he was all about "Oh. I admire you so much! please let's be friends! you've taught me to not care about anyone's expectations but mine!" but then he joined in when his "friends" told him to isolate the person he "admires"? nah bro. and all because he didn't want to defend her because he somehow would be forced to say he was scared of the dark (oh no! the horror!)
like I hate the vice-president/prince's friend but at least he was loyal to his dislike and pretty straightforward about it. i hate people without a backbone so much.
I really wish she would have kept her distance from Sachia, he's worth nothing: no magic, no personality, no loyalty, no rank （￣へ￣）she can do so much better
I think it ended too abruptly, like we didn't get to enjoy the love on his side? previously we saw him getting close to FL but it still felt like "a dear friend" rather than a "ILY" kind of closeness. And then the last chapter he jumped from saying he loves his childhood friend still to rejecting her to running after her then to being confused when she asked him if he liked her and then straight to confess he likes her... that was really all over the place (⊙…⊙ )
Maybe the series got axed and the author had to speed run things?
