This will only be acceptable if ML actually did not sleep with those woman. Otherwise, his brother would be wrong. Going around with those woman does not mean he "waited for ten years" for MC. No need to make MC feel guilty and sorry for the ML.

This is actually a good story if you just turn off your brain while reading this. Sometimes, you just want to read stories like this because you're bored and well, the art is pretty.
