To fight procrastination I use 5 tips: - small reward - set goals by hours of work rather than advancement - best tip = measure the real time you spend day by day - work in the presence of others (library etc) - when I can't even start = write a draft first, however dumb or rushed those tips have worked for me on a few occasions, but I do not ......

Yes, believe it or not my amily including me is very religious, and i mean VERY, our family even have a title of 'the holy Family' and im right here reading things i shouldnt, its not really easy to quit but i will, i df will find another addiction to replace reading bls with
