I love this story. Truly a gem and the world building is amazing. I want to see the main couple together, ofc, but I'm also so invested in this world, in that cute engineer kid, in what the side characters are doing. I just really been eating out of the trash with all the "good" popular BL so it's nice to finally find a story like this that stimulates the whole mind
The plot is good, the story is interesting, and the maiden and Kondou are both believable. She annoyed the shit out of me at first but her being written as she is - it is good thing. She essentially is a kid that wants to go back home and I hope they do find a way to send her back. I feel like Kondou was very compassionate toward her in his own way, which is cool. I liked Areshi slowly changing when Kondou airs him out about not actually knowing shit anout finances, too. Like, yas, upgrade for your man

Yeah I agree. I just generally don't like immature and kiddish characters (I try to lean primarily adult casts) but I can still admit she isn't a bad character or badly written. I didn't realize she only 16 till way later too bc it just didn't come up (or maybe I missed it). She is def a baby and I would've been concerned for her too in Kondou's situation
Agreed, they was a teenager to begin with so she wouldnt know the gravity of her situation. Thank fck Seiichirou gave her an eye opening conversation because she's susceptible to manipulation from the prince and his cohorts.
Other good fantasy bl manhwa with action like this? Or even bl vibe (ie, SSS class hunters that I raised, or omniscient reader, where we know them mfs meant for each other)

The hunter wants to live quietly is a banger. It’s a kind of a slow burn bl except you realize pretty early on the ml is OBSESSED with the mc, it just takes a while for the mc to reciprocate
