it's not illegal, but there are additional taxes the author has to pay if they want it to be published uncensored, so most authors censor

I am more concerned about this media who finds a post on twitter from someone taking a picture with their fav. celebrity and assuming random street person and actor are dating. I can only hope her post was something even a little misleading or that is a very slow news day.
