The only reason why I read this is to see the FL in action and I mean it literally, if the ML gonna be framed for cheating I wouldn't blame the FL to leave his ass cause he deserves it cause he know how that other girl is like. God a frying pan would work wonderful when I wack it in both the ML and his father's head maybe then they would at least have enough sense on who they should visit

Well, she doesn't trust him nor does she NOT trust him at all. You could be close to someone and yet at the same time not have fully earned their trust because it comes with time. An instinctual bond of trust ig.
