I will break it down just in case people don't know the difference Drunk sex is where both partners are drunk, but they aren't out of their mind drunk; they know who they are with, and they both want to do it with each other; they don't think it's a different person. As for drunk rape is where 1 partner is out of their mind, doesn't know who the fuck they are with, much less where they are at and 2nd partner isn't even that drunk take advantage of the partner1.
