As ecstatic as I am for Kurose just straight up murdering that bitch (Kurose is so fucking savage about everything), I reallllly want to bring everyone's attention to something that I think is important.
Shiro drank from Kurose's glass.
SHIROTANI DRANK FROM KUROSE"S GLASS.
He even tried to stop him with the "wait, that's-"
GUUUUYYYYYSSSS. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Kurose didn't have a straw. Shiro's did. Kurose drank half of his glass, and the glass that Shiro picked up was half-full. ヽ(`Д´)ノ

This is that kind of story that makes your heart wrench in anticipation, only to rip it out and stomp on it and then gently put it back. It's an emotional roller coaster ride that consists of "just fricklefrackle already" and "good lord they're so cute".
Sensei builds the sexual tension so well and it feels so intrinsically natural that it makes me blush. The role-playing is adorably entertaining when it's not being used to heighten the tension between them.
I love seeing both of them struggle with their sexualities (although, one is much more open than the other). Everything about their relationship feels natural, and it's that kind of story telling that is so rare in this genre. It makes for such a good read(๑•ㅂ•)و✧.

"bro, so i like, totally saw you beating your meat the other day. i mean, you're drunk right now and this might not be the right time to say this but"
"...brocode says that you have to make things between us even. u gotta jerk off and show me"
"what no"
"u should probably let me blow you too. no homo."
"shit, well, I mean if you insist uyama"

After rereading the manga, I have a few question that I hope get answered as it continues.
In the very first chapter, "Home" calls Shirotani, which I'm assuming is his father (and he doesn't answer the call). I really want to know how his relationship with his father has panned out since the "disgusting" incident, especially because they were so incredibly close. I want to know if his father ended up marrying that woman, and if she could somehow be of relation to Kurose (*keeping in mind that Kurose is an only child, and the age gap between he and Shiro is about six years); the relation part is simply a head-canon of mine.
The second thing that's getting to me is that we virtually know nothing about Kurose, save for the fact that he's a doctor at the psychiatric clinic -- for children. However, there was a chapter cover where he was standing in front of a burned down/ destroyed building-- http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/ten_count/mf/v04/c019/2/ -- and I would like to know if there is any deeper meaning behind it, as all of the other covers either refer to their relationship, casual life (like getting coffee or just portraits) or shower/bathing. I just really want to know about Kurose's past, too. Even if it is insignificant.
Thoughts or theories? (⌒▽⌒)

(Sorry this is a bit long, but I hope you get through it ^^)
For the first question, it may seem that since his father was the closest to Shirotani, the younger shiro-san may have grown to have a father-complex, in which he is in a way, obssessed or in love with his father because of the affection and kindness his father shows him. He is then scarred and inflicted with mysophobia when he discovers that his father and a girl seem to be in a relationship (The father may be more than just a "kind and loving" caretaker) So to answer your question, Shirotani began working in the company, so we assume he cut off all (or most) of his ties to his father once he gained this complex. I would believe that the father didn't marry the girl, because she seemed like she was still around the ages of 16-18, and the age difference made it seem like it was only a "physical" relationship.
For your second question, kurose is seen as a physician for a childrens pharmacy (or something along the lines of that, its been a while since ive read this XD ) so his intentions remain unknown. But in reality, all we know about him is that he seems to have an unnatural and obsessive desire towards shirotani and he wishes to cure him as an original intention( which basically disappears when the *woopwoop*happens.) the burned down or destroyed building may be a symbol of the change in relationship (especially since a lot progresses in their relationship in the chapter) and they seem to become more "filthy" and "impure" together. But it could also be an image of his past, or his feelings at the moment. We can truly, never tell at this point XD
All in all, I kind of think that Kurose should be one of those people who comes into his (Shirotani) life, since he seems too close and sudden with shirotani to be an innocent childhood friend (and also because thats a bit clichéd XD) So we should just trust the author that the past of Kurose will eventually come out (though the mysteriousness of kurose may be what keeps people coming back to this book other than the stunning yaoi XD)

I sort of get the feeling that the manga may be dwindling toward the end as well. I mean Shirotani has come incredibly far, but we are only now just seeing his "true nature" as he says, one that has lewd desires and whatnot.
They have reached number 10 on the list, but I'm wondering if they aren't going back to see the other things he was unable to do successfully -- and I really would like to see them kiss, but I don't think I would complain if that was something that didn't happen -- I doubt Shirotani will be completely cured through all of this, and oral/oral contact may be something he really can't handle. Of all the things Kurose has done, that is the one thing that hasn't happened.

It does! He's very... manipulative, really. He starts off very friendly (though he's described as unsociable? which I really had a hard time seeing, I thought he was just blunt) and slowly morphs into the darker, much more sexual being. It's like a totally different Kurose from the beginning, don't you think?

don't mind my horrible english and limited vocabulary
Alright, these are just my speculations so you don't need to take it seriously ;3c
I'm not very sure about the first question but from what I interpreted when I read the manga; Shirotani's one and only living family member got "stolen" by someone he wasn't very found of or more like hated (she was the cause of his trauma/phobia. Well I don't like her so ye) but when she pointed out that Shirotani's actions were disgusting made him overly conscious and started to get these tendencies of trying to get rid of all impurities, also got distant from his father because he doesn't want a new mother and/or find out about the "immoral" act he did. There's a possibility that they got married because Shirotani was still avoiding his father till this day or maybe because he couldn't forget the happening that day. meh
Now moving on to Kurose. My first thought about Kurose is that he have had a crush on Shirotani ever since high school and unconsciously draw his attention to him each time Kurose sees him and maybe noticed something was a bit off with Shirotani which made him to want to know the cause of the problem. Why high school? Because I remember somewhere in the manga where Kurose was wearing a gakuran standing away from the whole crowd that's trying to get in the train and it was probably when he saw Shirotani for the first time. So what I think is that Kurose had a broken family which maybe explains the picture you linked to. There is a possibility that He was Kurose's first love and wanted to get closer to Shiro but didn't really know how until he did some research which maaayybee made him pursue his dream to able to heal Shirotani in the future and get to know him yadayada These are just my speculations as I said so yeee

My reply is long also, sorry XD
Ah, I didn't even consider a possible father complex -- I rolled with the assumption that he was so close to his father because it was just the two of them, but I guess the words just had to be put in front of me, because it makes a lot of sense. Especially with the frickfrack going on right now, and his wanting to be praised for being a "good boy". Thank you for shedding the light on that for me. I don't think the father was more than a father to baby-Shiro, and if something more... inappropriate was going on, I think Shiro would have remembered while he was hiding in the closet, instead he thinks about what his friend told him.
Regarding the girl, I only bring up the marriage bit because of what Shiro's father said, with his asking Shiro if he wanted a new mother or not. I'm not particularly banking on the marriage bit playing out, that too is really just a head-canon.
I agree with you in saying that he does have an unnatural, obsessive attachment to Shirotani (perhaps it is caused by an event in his past?). That in, and of, itself poses more questions. In his field of work, surely he comes across people in similar situations. Hmm, I didn't really consider the building being representational of his advancing actions with Shirotani (and you're right, a lot seriously does happen in the chapter for both of them; but it's a very Kurose focused cover -- and who knows, in the end it may just be Sensei playing around) and the "dirtying/decaying" of their "purer" relationship.
I don't believe that Kurose was a childhood friend of Shirotani's, it was another head-canon I had that "possibly, what-if" he was associated with the woman in someway. "Exposure Therapy" would take a totally different turn if he were to actually confront the issues(people) that caused his Mysophobia in the first place. But you're right, Kurose certainly is mysterious, and it's always hard to tell just what he's thinking if he isn't doing something to Shiro or saying his thoughts out loud. He has an expression that is very dark, and very different from other BL works from this author -- I would describe them as almost sadistic. (I can't complain if his past ISN'T revealed, though, because you're right about the draw of his mystery ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ and how stunning the work is).

I think they are decent speculations.
I don't know if Shiro hated her so much as, she made him feel uncomfortable about his relationship with his father. As for him avoiding his father, we can only hope that it's because he wants to protect his father from the "impure thoughts" he still has about that day.
I'm not sure about the high school thing, it's a cool idea, for sure. The six year age difference would put Shiro in Uni (if he went) or in work, while Kurose was in high school, but if, like you said, he saw him at the train station, it might make a little sense. Although, considering Shiro's fear of germs on the trains, it would have had to be early on. It also may be why Kurose chose a psychological career field.
I totally agree with you on the broken family bit.
dem arms tho
