okay i managed to figure out the pages issue, it was only chapter 5 that had the messed up pages, i'm resubmitting the chapter 5 file, but chapter 6 was definitely in order.
chapter 6 had a few pages out of order in the beginning

maybe the system made it out of order ??? but chapter 5 and 6 were definitely out of order , i guess we have to wait for a few hours or next day for it to be good.
