I really don't feel any chemistry between the two. They both don't seem to be on the same page. Even at that scene where Rika "saved" Waki it feels forceful and one sided. It's not like i hate Rika as the love interest but the author could develop their relationship more

I know it's the premise and his character but Ai continuously jumping into conclusions and being sad almost every chapter is honestly tiring to read. Also, calico cats are supposed to be female, male calico cats are rare and they're usually sterile. Wish the author do a lil bit of research first
