I'm convinced that the uploader doesn't check the panels that they are uploading because when I checked other sites, there are scenes that are not here. That's why people are so confused on what's going on.
This uploader (MagusManga) has been doing this on pretty much every upload on mangago they do for the last few months. The thought is they want people to go to their website. It fluctuates though sometimes it's just 1-2 panels and then another manga I'm reading they only upload half the chapter.
But yes it makes it hella confusing and really annoying.
