So I don’t remember the fathers name but stick with me here. Zhen hao or mc and the father is ml
Ml does something to learn how to take care of the baby but in the process he realizes how deep his feeling for mc is. What I mean by that is that a guy interested in mc appears and ml gets jelly and does things so mc can notice. He starts to cook, use face masks,etc. he realizes his feelings and feels guilty cause that’s his daughters husband so he hires a guy that looks like mc to do the same things he does and avoids mc! . I think perhaps that MC confessed, because he tried to kiss ML (MC had a fever, ML lied down with him to keep him warm, MC cried and then tried to kiss him - they talked, of course.
I believe fu knows about mc’s feelings for ml because she recorded mc in his sleep and he had said something

So this is a spoiler but it turns out that rashta was pregnant before she got with sovieshu and is not carrying his child because he is infertile. On the other hand navier is extremely fertile and when she gets with heinley she has twins! Also sovieshu regrets divorcing navier and he asks her to be with him after the divorce and of course she says no:)
