Can you explain the situations please?

During the zombie apocalypse novel arc qin Xian transforms into a child to try and trick Wang yi, at certain points in this plan Wang yi expresses thoughts about how cute little qin is and that he just wants to bully him until he cries (and he "gets excited" when little qin tears up after wang yi tickles him)
In the scientist novel arc, X evolves into a little qin form at first and tries to initiate things with Wang yi, until he transforms into an older looking qin xian when X says he could be anything that Wang yi wants. During this arc X goes a little haywire and Wang yi traps himself with X while trying to get away from him- and big qin xian and little qin (in slime form) begin to restrain Wang yi, little qin and big qin xian have different colored speech bubbles, big qin xian says "I like you" to Wang yi while little qin says "I love you" and "let's become one."
^^ i wanted to mention this part because why have the child version say that..?

There's probably more that I don't remember (specifically from the first novel arc) but the recent novel arc already has an omitted scene of little qin licking his own blood and spit off a little Wang yi. (Little Wang Yi ordered him to do it after Little qin spat at him)

This isn't even little qin now but during the wuxia cultivation novel arc Wang yi is essentially perpetually 15 (he hasnt visibly aged since), while qin xian is his teacher. (Who looks like an adult.)
(there is a scene of qin xian putting a smaller Wang yi probably younger than 10 on his lap and smelling him.)

Have you dropped it if it's that bad? Should I continue?
