dawg… he’s taken in by their family and raised as a son. He’s basically ADOPTED. meaning his ADOPTIVE BROTHER is STILL HIS BROTHER. meaning his ADOPTIVE BROTHERS wife is now his sister in law, along with her sister. The definition of incest - both legally and morally - is confirmed to be “sexual intercourse between close BLOOD RELATIVES, including brothers and sisters, parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren, or aunts or uncles with nephews or nieces”. There’s no such thing as incest if there’s no consanguinity, it’s just a thing ignorant people made up because they clearly don’t know the limits of it. If me and my female cousin end up marrying two brothers (and so we marry into the same family), it’s NOT incest in any ways.
Yes, me and my cousin are actually blood related, but our partners are not blood related with any of us, so it’s not a problem, even more it cannot be considered incest (it would be if me and my cousin were the ones to marry, but it’s not the case).
I’d suggest you to search on the net the definition of it, and I’d also suggest you to revise your values, because speaking of “morality” in these cases only makes you look bad. It’s not morality, rather is a kind of injustified criticism.

Also I’m not fond of the step sibling trope, but again that’s not incest. It’s just strange because in the end, if the parents end up marrying each other, the step-siblings become part of the same family unit, and their relationship might hurt their parents.
