I mean obviously I get the ml for not wanting to have sex w the mc. But playing around with him and giving him false hope that he might is crazy. Ok Hear me out guys, I know that the author most likely didn't think this deeply about this and most likely just wanted to see a Bluetooth ManPussy get fucked. But I want to share why I feel a Male Vagina actually makes more sense in Mpreg tropes.

Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional, I'm just using my limited medical knowledge from high school sex education. Also this is gonna be a yapfest so buckle up.

So while ignoring the obvious anatomical issues adding on a whole organ will cause, and the craziness of a vagina appearing in less than 5 minutes. It Just makes more sense from a baby making stand point. Think of the anatomy of a woman. the urethra, vagina, and anus are all separate, for good reason.
Excrements such as urine and feces are basically toxic to semen and will kill the sperm which would make it harder to conceive, which is why in the male penis before ejaculating they produce precum to clean out the urethra.
In most cases with Mpreg tropes, the vagina and the anus are in the same hole. This makes little sense because most of the sperm would be killed off due to feces being in the anus. Also there would have to be another opening somewhere in the rectum to aid with access to the uterus. So wed have to deal with the high possibility of sperm not making it to the uterus due to feces, and a way to have an opening to the uterus without getting in the way of the digestive system.
It would just make more sense for there to be its own hole outside of the rectum right below the penis and above the anus, similarly like how it is with women. Once again excusing all of the obvious anatomical problems it could cause due to a whole organ being added.

Sadly I wasn't able to go in as much detail due to my lack of medical knowledge and just lack of knowledge in general, but I hope I got my point across. I may be 100 percent being delusional but let me just have my moment.
