Come on, guys. After the last two chapters it's pretty darn hard to deny the twin theory.
1) The picture Agni found in the fire was of Ciel and/or his family. The torn picture alerted Agni to the possibility Soma was in immediate danger (knowing "Ciel" could be back at any moment is my guess). The picture would have had to have an obvious issue with it, therefore it couldn't have been Lizzy or anyone else Agni has met (the other servants weren't around back then, so it can only be someone he recognized but should not have been in he picture: Lizzy wouldn't have been out of place, so the only option is a twin).
2) Soma greeted the attacker with the gun in a friendly manner, recognized them (asking if he had a fever, which highly implies he thought the person was Ciel), and was shocked when they attacked him. Then Soma punches Ciel in the face after Ciel and Sabastain show up, and Soma looked afraid of Ciel. If Anyone else was the attacker, Soma would not have had any reason to react that way.
3) Ciel is hiding something from his past, that much is obvious. And it's something only he knows about. For this reason, whatever he's hiding must have happened when he was kidnapped. Stealing his twin's identity after watching the real Ciel die is a good bet.
4) Lizzy left Ciel. She would only do that to protect him, if she thought he was dangerous, or if she knew he wasn't the real Ciel. (And let's not forget our Ciel doesn't want Lizzy to know about his asthma, probably because it would give him away).
I'm open minded, but I can't think of any other possibility other than than twin theory being right at this point.
After going over the last few chapters again, I noticed there are two attackers: the taller one with the knives and the shorter one with the gun. Soma leans forward when the gun is first pointed at his. Later when he stands up straight, the gun is pointed just below chest level, indicating the shooter IS about Ciel's height. Agni steps in front of The gun attacker to protect Soma and is stabbed in the side by someone else with a knife, who then says "I'll take it from here". Aside from the different heights and the comment, the one with the knife uses both hands to stab Agni the first time, so it can't be the one with the gun (also because the one with the gun attempts to shoot Soma again while the other is fighting Agni). I'm beginning to think the whoever is in charge of panels for this manga is brilliant.
I understood that there was a link enter to undertaker and the father of Ciel. I have the impression that the machine to bring people back to life has a link with Vincent Phantomhive. It is can be Vincent whom Soma saw and he will have confused him with Ciel. Of course it's only a hypothesis...
There were two attackers. The one with the gun was definitely Ciel's height, so it can't be Vincent. The attacker with the knives was a bit taller, but still not as tall as Agni, so again, probably not Vincent. Due to the fact the knife person was able to take down Agni, I think it's more likely they're a demon or other non-human.
Yeah, I know, my first thing was that lizzy was the attacker with the knives ...
Answer with the next chapter (perhaps) but it's hard to wait ...
I knew Shic and Lanoste were related, but he's Shic's dad? He still looks so young lol At least we know where Shic get his personality from: both his parents!
Man, anything is possible at this point. But my version of a happy ending is Bum and Sangwoo ending up in prison together and the officer is the one to get them locked away. I would still feel bad for Bum though...the kid needs therapy, not prison. Whatever happens, I hope the officer doesn't die.

Where are people getting a three year time skip? The manga says only one year has passed when they reach the ocean. And the last chapter doesn't give any hints, it just says they've been fighting for four years, but we don't know if the chapter take s place in the past, present of future. I hope the next chapter clears things up.
I doubt the gun was Lizzie. Story telling 101: events that are occurring simultaneously with another POV is done for dramatic effect and both events are relevant to each other. In other words, whatever/whoever Agni saw in the picture is the one who shoots Soma (hopefully he misses). And Agni wouldn't be shocked to see Lizzie in a picture with Ciel. It has to be a twin because we already saw "Ciel", real or fake, in the picture and Agni wouldn't be so shocked if there was a different boy/person in the picture with Ciel. The only reason to be shocked is if there was something in the picture that would make it obvious Soma was in danger. The only answer is a twin.
Another thing is Lizzie: she left by her own free will and had a good reason for leaving. She wouldn't betray Ciel. From that, I draw the conclusion that she left for Ciel. But why? I think she either 1) thinks Ciel is a fake (because she met the twin), or 2) is scared of Ciel. I don't think it's the latter because Lizzie isn't weak enough to leave Ciel just because she's a little scared.
Anyway, I hope the next chapter has the reveal (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

I don't think there's anyone else. Soma says "you're acting weird" which means it's someone he knows fairly well (and this same chapter reveals he's more perceptive than most of us thought). We haven't seen him spend much time with any other character in the manga other than "Ciel" (not to mention he lives in the city, away from the rest of the cast other than Ciel and Sebastian in the current arc), so the only person it could be is "Ciel"/the twin.
A thought: when Ciel asked Sebastian about lying to him, I think Ciel is referring to their contract. It's been a while since I read this bit, but I think it was a human sacrifice that summoned Sebastian. If we go with the twin theory, then it was the real Ciel who supposedly died on that table. I believe the message on the wall is something only he and his brother understand, and if that's the case then it would imply the brother is still alive. This is why Ciel questions Sebastian and why Ciel looks really upset when Sebastian tells him that he didn't lie (about the real Ciel being dead).
If all this is true, then the real Ciel was brought back from the dead, most likely by the Undertaker. That's my theory anyway.

Yes, the Ciel we know had a twin - both of them were kidnapped in the past, and the other twin died right before Sebastian appearing. This other twin was the real Ciel, and the Ciel we know decided to use his brother's name after he was murdered. The thing is: the other twin, the real Ciel, whose blood summoned Sebastian, is back and probably seeking for revenge or being manipulated.
