The one on the far right with the ears up is the girl & the one in the middle and the far left are the boys . They each are different you'll see in the upcoming chapters they're not identical but they do look alike.
You'll have to wait and see Hwa Gok & Lee Bin as grandparents & you're going to see a lot of Ino & Khakia.
