No. After the "end" of the manga in chapter 117, a "new" Kyou Kara MA no Tsuku Jiyuugyou! manga began. They are calling it a "gaiden" or extra story(/ies). For the time being one story (separated in two chapters) has been released, Harouin Scramble. A new gaiden or extra story is set to be released in December 2016. The magazine where it's being published is the same one as before. If you see no updates here, check the tumblr community, usually you can find everything that's missing here, over there.
