tbh akihiko is an ass but after thinking about it i guess he does want to be saved by haruki but at the time he doesnt think that he is in the spot where he can just go up and ask haruki to be with him. he has to make amends with his past and be a better person before he could do that which of course in the process of doing so he hurt haruki a lot which till this day i cannot accept cause harukis my baby but with that said i can sort of understand it. and about him and ugetsu...well theyre both toxic to each other honestly and no one was better than the other for me
