Binge reading this series. This is super addictive and I love Tae's character. I love how he's just done with everyone using him to get to his brother and his parting gift is to make Ilay powerless.
This story's got me hankering for more!
So, I really hope more chapters come out on a regular basis.
and all the whole I was waiting for some development to happen...but all we get is a MC who willfully gets passed around until he meets someone from a higher class and continues to get railed. Even AFTER getting his parcel back, he uses the SAME hiding method with the SAME guy who found where it was in the first place.
Like, what's the point in suggesting the MC (Sovian) could possibly concoct a plan where he slyly retrieves his parcel and leaves the train on one of its stops in order to save his dignity and his ass? I mean, from there, he could have just found another train that doesn't have a dumb premise like cum dumpster of the month.
is a skeptic. That's why he can't make sense of these things. Yu Rin has a spiritual sense, so she's able to identify and react to the spirit activity going on in the building. Joo Min was the original target because he had a crush on Manager Jeong. And Manager Jeong likes pretty boys, which is why he was attracted to Joo Min until he saw Gi Yoon's aroused face in his dream and wanted to confirm that he, Gi Yoon, is actually the pretty type he, Jeong, likes.
The "ghost," is the real mystery here. It used Jeong's likeness to attract Joo Min, until Gi Yoon accidentally saw it. So far we know that it can pull anyone into it's dream realm, and so far it's been those with a connection to Jeong.
I love these guys. Every chapter is a new experience in their love life and I eat that shit right up!!!
Chloe was raised to not read into what servants do and not dabble into lustful mindsets...BUT I am happy that Damien finally broke the illusion Chloe set for herself by exposing Gilles affections for her.
I just want to know what all this means. Damien is doing some serious cleaning up and setting up just to put Chloe in a position where she only has eyes for him. He played a trick on her in order to get her to marry him...knowing full well she harbors some feelings for him. Got her a leg brace. Planted evidence in a murder case just so that he can win Chloe's affection when he comes to her rescue. Used Gilles and Chloe's feelings for the other just so he can out him and make him leave Thisse voluntarily when Chloe loses confidence in him (Gilles).
I mean the Duke is reaching for the throne and Chloe would make for a wonderful queen after everything is settled.
I do believe he loves her, but the scheming is so sketchy!!!
