Currently, there are 35 chapter and it's already season 2. They knotted and MC is pregnant. Apparently, mc accidentally took medicine that enhances something in the body (it was a wrong prescription from the doctor) and I'm thinking it induced the chances of him getting pregnant + they knotted. ML still doesn't know he's an omega or that he's pregnant (classic). MC asked ML what he'll do if someone said that they're pregnant with ML's child.
