Is it's normal to feel like u're just fake being kind? Everytime im volunteering, stray feeding around my city, helping others, etc.

Something inside my head is telling me
" u're being kind to appear inferior to others", or " u're just being nice bcs like looking nice feels great", or, " u're nice bcs you like attention", or,"u're being kind just bcs it made you feel good about yourself ".

which is wrong most of the time idk why is my brain doing that
