It’s just fiction, Please dont mix fiction with reality. If someone has problem with mixing those two they should seek a doctor. For example I like everything that’s controversial in manga (I’m simply bored of “wholesome” stories after 15 years). That includes liking a lot of weird stuff like rape stories etc but at the same time I strongly agree (in real life!) to castrate or kill all rapists and pedophiles. So it’s EXTREMLY important not to mix just some fictional stories with reality. Just let people enjoy reading what they like, if you don’t like it - move on.

There is a lot of problematic literature/mangas/movies etc. and personally I think it’s a very good thing, it broadens people’s horizons (not yours apparently) to many different matters in the world - instead of pretending that they don’t exist. Those as you said “problematic” manga are important and closing the gates to those topics is literally closing the gates of your mind. Controversial topics are essential for growing, just as children grow from their world filled with rainbows and unicorns. Closing them in a room full of pink plushies isn’t the answer. At the end of the day that room becomes a utopia. But utopia in this world isn’t possible, child. I hope one day you will realise it.
