How'll the author turned this into a love...
TUNE IN AGAIN NEXT WEEK!!!
I don't mind reading more twisted mangas or webtoons (thanks Harada (⌒▽⌒)), but I would love to see the person being assaulted, manipulated or targeted just getting the most cruel revenge appropiate, just something so immoral to the oppressor, that they feel lesser than a human but death would be too good, so they'd just suffer.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
Now Nine's gonna think she rejected him. Execute that loser brother Melissa, he ruined a beautiful moment that you didn't even notice (/TДT)/ (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

Character, intelligence and ability!
Literally everything she does, is centered around tea. If you remove tea from the equation, will she still be as competent? I know she's the Duchess of Tea at this point but.... ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Um, well, the webtoon IS called "The Duchess' 50 Tea Recipes." So why would you think about her knowledge around teas and their origins be taken away for any reason? She does have good business sense (although not good naming sense for products), so she is clearly competent in that field. What other competencies are you thinking about?

To clarify, I am well aware and accepting that this webtoon is all about tea, hence the name and plot, however, what if it wasn't as dependent on tea?
Since this isn't an issue in the webtoon, this isn't necessarily needed but, concerning the business point, there was another comment stating that actually her booming influence with tea in the beverage business would actually do more harm than good in a normal scenario. This is because the new high demand for tea would greatly damage the sales of something like coffee, coffee which was emphasized at the beginning of the webtoon to be something very lucrative and valued by the empire. This would theoretically damage both the economy and work force of the empire.
Regarding other potential competencies; something as simple as mundane tasks, such as accounting issues being resolved among her estate's servants... due to her past life experiences, she could totally do this.
Tea is the Mary Sue of this webtoon, I don't hate it but it's really funny and personally I thought about, 'what if tea didn't work, what'll happen?'
Even the scene, where her servant asked for advice to get along with her father in law... Chloe just whipped up some tea and it worked like a charm.
I'd love to see Chloe expand beyond tea, how necessarily?, I've no idea ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ and at this stage in the story, that'd be out of place either way. I'd just like to see Chloe struggle a little bit and having to overcome a scenario, regardless of whether it may be solved by tea. (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜

Well, since the emperor and many royals/nobles enjoy tea, it's already being considered as a valuable and lucrative income source (hence the fake tea situation). We've already seen quite a few companies in the webtoon that sprang up with real tea being sold. Chloe walked in a few of them to make sure things were running properly.
Rather than having a dominating drink such as coffee, now there's more of a "variety" of drinks to enjoy. And that brings in a lot of income to the empire because there aren't really that many different kinds of coffee. Yes, there are lots of ways to roast the beans and have blends of special beans grown in certain soils, and the taste can be affected by the way it is made. But tea, on the other hand, is much more varied in flavors and scents (at least in my personal opinion). And because of that, people who didn't enjoy coffee can enjoy tea and people can still enjoy coffee at the same time or all the time. Yeah, sure, coffee won't be as popular as before, but that's fine. It's not like the coffee market has died completely. It's just not talked about since tea is the focus.
And okay, you're welcome to speculate, but this webtoon would not exist if it wasn't revolving around tea. It's the very structural basis for this story. Not business, not romance, not anything else. It's just tea. Chloe wanted people to get over their preconceived notions and misconceptions about tea, and she has done that from what we can see.
ah sh*t...
....here we go again
