why are you even bringing up cnc as if it could be applicable here, the first word in it is "consensual" and it requires discussion and safe words between the participants, if one character rapes the other and says "oh but youre wet/hard/moaning it means you like it" its still rape.
dub con would refer to shit like being drunk or aphrodisiacs where the participans want it to happen but its more complicated to say whether or not consent could be reasonably given. (you could also argue it also has stuff like one of the characters thinking they want it but rejecting it externally, i personally dont)

That other guy already explained it but these characters would need to be setting up a 'scene' in which, yeah it wouldn't be rape, obviously because the reader would know this.
