from what I can remember from the novel, Luz (or Roux or whatever) was fighting so hard from the pull, Sera decided that she would release Luz in order for Luz to return to his "rightful owner" (it's a sad story really, cried so hard reading the novel) she said thankful and apologetic things to Luz whilst crying. Fortunately, Luz didn't want to leave Sera and just wanted to stay by her side, Luz was able to turn away from the pull.
BTW I mentioned that Maribelle is crazier than I thought she would because Maribelle is also a reincarnator.. (if that's a word but you get what it meant.) because she knew about the game and that she prolly had an 8th grade syndrome. It's ridiculous. Speaking of reincarnators, so far there were 3 of them, and that's for another story. ;3
