since the author made them have a small age gap plus the sensei was asking for consent all the time.. im pretty sure he was already 18 by then .. but lets be real now it really doesnt matter in this case, tbh akito was obviously the one forcing it plus did the action.. or u mean that some months difference will make a person be a full fledged adult? meh
i think overall the age is a bit iffy but he’s probably 18/19 at the time and it was completely consensual. also since he was the one who confessed and took the lead there’s no grooming aspect

I think he is more into the realist side, like maybe he goes for males but is reluctant to because of his experience watching his brother or something, that was the impression he gave me, plus he does help Miyano and Sasaki and seems to be supportive of his brothers. He gives of the feeling of not being able to understand if they can really be happy, I think there is a scene where he just has to accept it watching of happy the main couple is, as for why he deleted the picture, maybe it screamed I love u or sth lol
