Based on the past chapters they have a pretty loose standards in terms of money lending. That's why Cinderella's family got deep in debt and had a hard time paying it off. She should bring the matter of credit report, where they have to investigate the financial background of an individual before lending them money, so that other people won't have go through what they had. Also, if they're having a hard time about rice and the likes, she should also bring up the topic of crop rotation so that they have to rely on a single crop for food source.
