The ending was lacking because it was vague and confusing. Like what happened to the GODDAMN MOTHERFUCKER Michael!! Or why did the author need to add Michael showing up drugging and raping Sehyun when my baby is already healing with Boris like what’s the deal it’s so unnecessary then Sehyun goes back to their lives like wtf where is Michael now? Why Jisoo despises Hyunwoo: When Hyunwoo (uke’s first “lover”) tells Jisoo (uke) the story of the stray puppy he abandoned to save it (ch 32), it was his way of explaining why he orchestrated a rape staging for Jisoo. Hyunwoo knew back then he couldn’t have the stray puppy and “even if” he kept it with the servants he won’t see/take care of the puppy himself tho he says it was still his puppy because he found it. Jisoo was his stray puppy. Hyunwoo wants Jisoo to only be his but his illness is preventing him from seeing Jisoo. So he staged the kidnapping so the bullies, symbolizes the servants he left Jisoo for to be raped (taken care of) but Hyunwoo stopped this the last minute and left Jisoo the way he found him: shirt open, arms tied behind him, and ragged-looking to be found the next day to support that Jisoo got kidnapped. And before leaving Hyunwoo gave Jisoo a gift (the phone with the attempted rape evidence) to "defend" himself against the bullies. Hyunwoo was kind of cruel but with "good" intentions like the stray puppy. In the end what Hyunwoo justified how he lost Jisoo... by "saving" him. In ch 41, Jisoo and Hyunwoo’s reunion was not good. Hyunwoo is a dick for thinking he still know Jisoo as an outcast pushover. Jisoo confront Hyunwoo on how he didn’t him to “save” Jisoo because he has confidence now and Pyomin for genuinely loving Jisoo and not just some master controlling his pet.
