the resolution was really quick, and left certain plot points completely unanswered (what about the brother/crush? why was he crying? etc). i did rather like the extra oneshot with the brother in a coma 'possessing' his younger brother's body at night. i'm always a fan of loved ones coming aroung after not accepting a coming out (or in this case, feeling like they didn't know the person/confused/left out). objectively could have done with some more details and maybe another chapter or two (i would like to see what happens when the brother wakes up!!)

not tagging this because it is honestly awful and there's no way in hell i'll look for it again. a bunch of one shots rampant with old yaoi rapey tropes and overdramatic cliches;; a great reminder of how far we've come with modern day yaoi (as problematic as it can be)

enjoyed both stories, but not a fan of the whole attempted assault by 3rd party (with sex drugs!!) followed by sex with ml (sex drugs kicked in!). idk, like i get it, but as a trope it just seems kind of shitty -- like, can one even consent in that state? shouldn't ml be focusing on helping mc recover from ~trauma~ rather than fucking? especially when they aren't in a relationship, and have never had sex together;; 1st story was really cute, and i always enjoy that pained dynamic where the gay one is in love but feels like they can't/shouldn't confess -- but oh wait, someone caught feelings!

school nurse x teacher with a sordid past ("forced" sex friends and a one sided ending of the relationship) childhood friends, one took care of the other when his mother neglected him; they reunite, but then caretaker friend is shown a picture in a gay porn mag that looks like neglected friend and decides to ask to make sure (insert gay panic/internalized homophobia combo + 'disgusting' slip of the tongue) one shot from best friends to lover series sono mama de one shot about a long term couple and dealing with family + feelings of inadequacy. honestly really sweet :)
