That was effing beautiful the plot twist the angst and tge art is just checs kiss love every part of this when kotofuji says that they should burn his scroll when mayuki is cremated the author kind of played it off as comical and out of the blue but when u think about it and remember that just the night before mayuki confessed that he felt bad because he knew that he would die first and leave kotofuji behind… it becomes pretty obvious that as casual as he said it, kotofuji really has no desire to continue existing without mayuki T-T

The other couple was the same garbage you can read anywhere compared to my fav couple their story was not impactful at all.
