December Rain
Cried my fucking eyes out in the end. The chapters are a bit short, but to the point. We never really get the answers the reader is looking for, but your heart just goes out to Gusam and Suche (I can think of their name spelling rn, that’s probably wrong). The ending was tragic and bittersweet, and a little cliche BUT it did make me feel better as a reader, so it passes. Definitely a broken hearted favorite
Nitta-kun Chuuihou
A short story of a tough looking student being a secret masochist and wanting it up the butt. He finds his perfect match on complete accident. I thought it was super cute and funny, it was short and too the point. No drama, I do wish there was more though lol
Torokeru Tamago to Bed no Naka de
Super cute story. Not too much drama, but it does show the hardships and the ignorance people of the LBGTQ+ community face. A sweet and quick read. I absolutely adore the couple.
Take to Kota to Aoto
I love family oriented BLs, this one though, isn’t super good, but it’s not terribly bad either. For me it was just the sudden rush on their relationship. It kinda developed out of thin air, there was no talk about ‘them’. Aside from that, I loved the dad’s fear of being a terrible father, especially with his own diliquent history and his own upbringing with his father. I also liked how there wasn’t a butt load of pass drama with Aoto.
Garakuta no Ai wo Hitobannjuu
Down and Dirty
Hella dirty. The dialogue, just fucking WOW cause I don’t think I’ve ever read such dirty ass sentences before. It’s funny to be honest. The plot was very good. It had an obsessive (but not like over the top, he was surprising respectful to his lover) seme but the uke didn’t mind, in fact he seemed to love it. It’s kinda tragic but with a good ending.
Usagi no Mori
Shii is in love with his childhood friend since childhood. His friend, Tamaki, is a year older than him so as they grow up, they are apart for sometime due to the year difference. Unknown to Shii, Tamaki has some deep rooted trauma since childhood which affects him mentally and sexually.
Shinigami wa Korosenai
Eiji is under the constant protection of Caleb, a top tier shinigami. Eiji was supposed to pass as a child, but Caleb saved him. For doing do so, Caleb will eventually ‘pass away’ for not harvesting a soul that’s as supposed to die for the The Lord.
