Gunjou Other Half

Complete | Yunota yuu | 2022 released

It’s an okay read. The assault part was unnecessary and it would’ve been better without it but apparently every story has to have it *sighs* Beta turned omega finds his fated alpha , but wants nothing to do with him. They get to know each other and Alpha has a crisis on whether he actually like the Omega or he likes the fact that he’s an omega. Omega chases alpha and now they’re dating. Not bad,

Sex Drop

Complete | Shikke | 2000 released

I want to say I liked it, but it honestly wasn’t my cup of tea. My retroactive jealousy would light a fire inside of me. Uke has trauma with girls, so he turns to sleeping with different guys everyday. Seme finds him and sort of force himself onto uke, even after uke explained he was a top. After that, uke sleeps around but stops because he wants to have sex with seme again. Some misunderstandings happen and them he realises his feelings for seme, they’re happy and then Seme’s childhood friend (who they’ve both hooked up with) assaults uke, by giving him a blowjob even though he didn’t want it. Seme tells friend he never wants to talk to him unless the uke forgives him. Not worth my time, wish i never read it.

My Damned XXX

Complete | Ssaewoo | 2019 released

The first couple had so many missed opportunities to confess to each other, but each time they messed it up and dragged other people with them. Now the second couple, give a kiss to the chef because they were so cute. Those friends Seonwoo hung around were bad new though. The brother was also an asshole I’m glad he went to jail. The sene’s family were also so sweet I loved it AND I LOVE NAVI !!!! Best character!!!!

The Beast Must Die

Complete | Lee hyeon sook | 2019 released

SPOILERS: Kirin is trying to avenge his sister’s death. She was drugged, raped, and the cops didn’t do a damn thing because the family of the guys involved were wealthy and had connections. Kirin finds out about a secret club that was involved in his sisters death and meets Kang Moo. He asks Kang Moo to pretend to date him in order to get access to the club. The club asks to “gangbang” Kirin as an initiation ritual but Kang Moo compromises by suggesting he has sex with Kirin in front of them (a way to humiliate Kirin). Most of the guys in the group die (thanks to Kang Moo) and then Kang Moo later reveals that this has been his plan all along. Turns out the group/club was actually his but after he moved abroad the good guys left and the bad ones stayed and did horrible things and essentially ruined the club reputation. Kang Moo was curious about Kirin because KangMoo had met Seorin (Kirin’s sister) before she committed suicide and he found it strange and fascinating how much she talked about her brother and how she thought she could help him live a normal life as a psychopath. She started sending him books when he moved abroad and he sent her pictures of Kirin. Kang Moo lost contact with her and he had assumed that she just got bored and moved on to another person but that wasn’t the case. After she passed Kang Moo—being the psychopath that he is—came up with a plan to lure Kirin in and trap him in his sick and twisted game of cat and mouse. There’s murder, crime, corruption and betrayal all around. Kang Moo also tracks Kirin throughout the entire story lmao. He’s truly dedicated to keeping his prey safe—because if anyone’s going to kill him, it’ll be him. Such a bittersweet ending— not really a happy ending but they do end up together. Kang Moo will most likely not get better (maybe when he’s grey and old.. if he makes it that long) and Kirin will live a life riddled of anxiety.

Candy Man

Complete | Chanok,Romantic Restaurant | 2019 released

It’s good. MC comes off as naive and gets caught by ML catfishing as a girl in an online game. Some parts were funny but ML comes off as emotionally manipulative when it comes to mc. MC is an avid gamer on an online game. He pretends to be a girl in order to get special treatment in the game and catfishes men into giving him rare and expensive artifacts in the game. He then meets ML and he thinks it’ll be as easy to get rid of him as it is to get rid of the other guys he’s played before, but ML is persistent. ML wants a picture of MC and he puts in a wig and sends ML a picture and then ML sends a picture back and MC realizes it’s his classmate and the most popular guy in school. Then proceeds a game of cat and mouse because ML wants to see MC. While this is happening, ML gets closer to MC at school because MC resembles “his online girlfriend” (shocker I know). At one point MC gets caught by ML and he confesses that he’s known MC is the girl on her mind but he doesn’t care. They then proceed to date and blah blah blah. It’s pretty bland but a nice refresher from red flags!
