bunch of shounen-ai stories. most are not as conclusively romantic as i would like. first one is super cute, about first loves in junior high meeting again in uni and getting together! and the smaller cute guy grew up to be tall and way manly lol. then about an office worker whose bf broke up with him and he's kinda stalking his bf. his boss at work mistakes his stalking for him liking a girl, the girl his bf is now with. his boss tries to help him and stuff mistakenly until one night they go drinking and the guy tells his boss the truth about everything. then it's kinda implied that they're starting to grow feelings for each other. but the boss doesn't understand his feelings. next story about a guy in high school art club who loves this painting by a senpai. he meets senpai and learns the painting is of a past lover. senpai kinda likes him for liking that painting and promises to paint him something. so the student starts going to the senpai, who is now in uni. i guess they fall in love along the way cuz there is an extra where they're at the beach. senpai thinks of it as a date and the younger guy asks senpai like how do you know if it's love, so guess he's kinda in love. salaryman hires guy to be his "conversational partner" cuz he likes him. they met at the restaurant the younger guy works at. the younger guy needed money to buy his gf a purse so he agrees. he starts going to the salaryman's house at night just to chill and hang out. the salaryman lives with his grandma so it's a cozy non sexual atmostphere lol. then ofc during this he starts feeling something for the salaryman and breaks up with the gf and doesn't buy the purse and returns all the money to the salaryman. it is non conclusive but he says he likes the salaryman's confession and will keep coming without pay. then last story is like a guy whose mom wants to cute him of gayness through drinking medicine she makes from her garden. sounds kinda bad but actually she is just worried and her medicine contains seeds for 4 leaf clovers, showing she is actually wanting her son to be happy and just scared he won't be if he's gay. well the guy has a bf now and living together happily and he plants his mom's seeds and doesn't drink the medicine. whatever, not that great.

really kinda confused about this one. it starts off 10 years in the future and then flashes back to their uni years when they first got together. so shows us the process of how they fell in love. and it was a confusing process. like the uke is telling a friend that he likes the seme and seme over hears and says they should go out. uke agrees even though he then struggles with himself thinking seme doesn't have real feelings and will break up soon or something. seme also has concerns now cuz uke acting kind of cold but seme is really trying his best despite what uke thinks. idk just internal turmoil and drama that could have not happened. but they do end up getting over it and staying together.

just read chap 1 and 4 couple in 1 had been living together 2 years. now almost graduating and thinking about future plans. uke realizes he's been in love with seme and gets worked up on his own about needing to move out. they suddenly fuck and get together lol. chap 4 contains the couple from michizure policy and the two couples from chap 1-3 of this story. basically they're all in the same uni. seme from MP walks around school and sees the couples and goes to find his own man to kiss

pretty cute, but the characters are not really my type. this unlucky guy who is actually angry inside always pretends to be cute and fine meets a super lucky guy who always wins everything lol. and together their lucks balance out to a normal person's luck. at first the unlucky guy was just using the other guy, but then feelings turn real. through a misunderstanding, they start going out very soon. lucky guy is kind of just going along with it, but starts having feelings as well as they do stuff together. and then there's forced cohabitation kinda cuz the unlucky guy's apartment keeps having issues. the unlucky guy is also super shy about kissing and nowhere near close to having sex even at the end lol.

usually i might give this type of boring story a 3 star, but this one just sucked so bad with the cliches and shit characters i had to give it a 2. basically the boring nerd who is beautiful after removing glasses and the playboy outgoing type. originally they meet cuz nerd pretends to be bf of his friend to fend off the playboy. then playboy starts wanting to tease him and fucking fingers him in the bathroom. then forces the nerd to hang out or he'll reveal what happened to the nerd's childhood friend, the girl he was helping before. so nerd goes along with the playboy's whims and agrees to suck him off one day. like wtf, this just does not happen normally or even rationally and it's not fucking cute. through the playboy coercing him into sexual acts that he somehow also agrees to, the nerd falls in love. so dumb. then he starts distancing himself cuz he doesn't want to end up like the playboy's other conquests. they kinda stay friends a while before playboy starts flirting hard again and they finally confess and get together. hated it so much. hate these nerdy characters and sex based stories.

super cute fluffy story of childhood friends living together for university and turning into lovers. seme (though they never have sex here) has been in love with uke since childhood. now in uni their mothers planned for them to live together. at first uke is kinda upset, but then he likes the seme cuz seme is just so perf at everything and so good looking. seme says he can't hold a gf down so uke says he'll pretend date him to see what his problems are, but finds none. seme then reveals that ofc uke wouldn't see them, i guess implying that seme was acting perfectly for uke and uke kind of realizes seme's feelings for him. after that is just the uke on his own journey to realizing his feelings and feeling like he's good enough for the seme. he confesses, they get together and done!

step brothers with around 4 years age gap. they both like each other but the step brothers thing is kinda holding them back. the older brother feels pretty guilty and was using other guys to substitute as his brother. but apparently just touching. and the older brother has some trauma with his dad leaving them to travel as a photographer idk but it all resolves and he ends up working under his dad, studying to be a photographer too. also the older brother tries to run away and the younger brother confesses as a way to keep him close, but it doesn't really work? it has no effect basically. the older brother comes to terms with his feelings on his own time, but maybe it's good he knows his brother's feelings for sure now. then they kinda part cuz the younger bro is like i need to grow up so we can be together and i can support you. older bro goes off with his dad for 3 years. time skip and older bro is back, they have sex first night lol. end.

only finished chap 3. first 3 chapters about long living cats who can become a human if the person they like likes their cat form back. first chap a cute couple but the guy is kinda abusive. 2nd story some sad shit about a cat who tried to become one but his human left him. third story again the first couple with the guy trying to educate his cat on human matters like what kisses mean. they're all interconnected.

mio junta always has some nice art, but really terrible stories. could not finish this story in one go, so beginning is a little murky in my memory. basically this guy has an unfortunate day and ends up needing to use the local bathhouse. there he sees a lot of men admiring the clerk at the door. it's this beautiful guy that he falls in love with super fast and wants to help and stuff. but the clerk is tsundere and acts super cold. but somehow he comes around after the guy helps him through a fever and other stuff and then we see the clerk's family who was just on vacation and not all dead or anything lol so that's why he was running the bathhouse alone. that's basically it. uke too feminine. and at the end there are several oneshots about established relationships and those ppl just having sex basically.

continuation of the other star story. just a lot of sex. but more interesting is the continuation of the second story in vol 1, about the baseball players. now the junior is playing in usa and senpai also there, blind and being taken care of i think? it's nice to see they are still together and now the senpai is completely useless cuz blind in one eye and his father lost all power. only the junior stayed by him.
