I get the appeal. Tall, handsome saviour, saving a damsel in distress when she's not even asking for it or looking for it. But there is something so sinister about him as well. I'm only 16 chapters in but he's lying, being deceitful & idk if he ever feels like he owes her the truth once let's say he 'saves' her. I like the slow character growth of the female character as well. It's a slow burn.

Um, not sure why this is so highly rated.

Read till 65 will wait for the chase arc to marinate but so far so good
