ONE OF MY FAVORITES!!! and for good reason, too. sheesh. i love them and i’ve always been looking forward to these updates ever since i started reading this story back in november of 2020! man, we’ve had some good times. so wholesome!!! and these character are pretty fucking admirable, too.

i love theeeem!!! ugh, i don’t really know what else to say. the smut was exquisite, their romance was super wholesome and it was just one very sweet read! well, mostly. it had its up and downs, but all i can really recall is the good stuff, lol. well, i technically finished this back in february… and i forgot to mark it as complete and write a review, so yeaaah, lol. i’m a bit wiggly on the details—especially since it’s been over three months since then. nonetheless, i know i really liked it! i’ve been reading these bonus chapters slash side story, as well; which was been pretty adorable, too—not gonna lie. but that’s just about it for now!

I didn’t even notice that I hadn’t marked this as ‘completed’ once i did, in fact, complete it back in July. Either way, it’s most definitely ONE. OF. MY. FAVORITE. YAOI. GRAPHIC. NOVELS!!! (As of late 2021, at least.) Fucking hell, y’all. The sex was so hot I thought I’d die pretty much throughout the whole thing, fuck. I kinda miss it… It’s been almost six months since the last time i read it, sheesh. I still remember it as if it was yesterday! I might actually go back and reread it soon. I remember really liking its conclusion, too. I enjoyed the (toxic) dynamics between our two mains, but I especially liked how it’d thoroughly changed by the time we reached the end of the story. It kept me captivated, that’s for sure!!! By the way, these were my notes while I was actively reading it: “i’m simping for vasya so. very. hard. (yes, i have issues.) but FUUUUCK MEEEE, HE’S SO FUCKING ATTRACTIVE!!! i literally start to get wet every single time he opens his mouth. GAAAAWD.” I guess it should tell y’all something, lololol. This was a good introduction story for me when it comes to unhealthy relationships, violence and toxicity. I’d never really entertained the thought before this, but maaan, it set the bar. Especially considering I’ve read more graphic novels with similar tropes, characters and characteristics than I can count on all my limbs at this point in time… and this one is still among the top few in which I can recall most details vividly and explicitly. Amazing. Anyway, you guys should definitely check this one out if you happen to enjoy violence, RIDICULOUSLY hot mafia men, as well as hot, steamy sex. Low-key getting wet just thinking about it, FML. (TMI but IDC.) Later skater!!! edit: by now, it’s mid 2023, and i’ve read this twice… and i’m definitely still a fan. it was a lot shorter and than i remembered, though… and kinda emotionally lacking, too?? like, their yoon’s feelings literally came out of nowhere all of a sudden. the whole thing felt kinda rushed because of that aspect, but other than that, i don’t really feel the need to add much to my previous review. (vasily’s smirk still gets me all hot and bothered, lololol.) still, to be fair, it’s been nearly three years since my first rodeo, and i’m bound to have much more ‘material’ to compare this manhwa to, no? so yeaaaah, i can’t really say that it’s all that ‘steamy’ compared to all the others things i’m reading these days. if anything, their smut’s actually pretty tame… graphically speaking, i mean. i do love me some intricately graphic sex. ;) but anywayyyy, that’s about it.
