I Made A Deal With The Devil

Ongoing | Kazzenlx | 2019 released

oH. MY. GOD. the art-style!!! it’s absolutely stunning; ethereal, almost. i legit can’t cope, holy fuck. my heart’s actually RACING. i don’t think i’ve ever seen characters this good-looking before, it’s almost ridiculous. P.S. i’m criminally weak for clichés, too… i can’t wait for the real action to start!!! the sexual tension’s nearly giving me whiplash, goddammit. i’m low-key experiencing orgasmic withdrawals nowadays, seriouslyyyy. absolutely fucking unreal. ILLEGAL. edit: just came here to add that this absolutely STUNNING art-style (probably the best one i’ve seen in ANY graphic novel) combined with some of the most adorable chibi-work i’ve come across thus far… it’s an experience, let me tell you. fuuuck.

My Sweet Dark Hero

Ongoing | Jin,Merry j | 2019 released

because the people in the comment section keeps bashing our amazing female lead: i really, truly don’t get y’all. i’ve seen so much growth with these two, it’s actually INSANE. i love them together; they make each other better, and they have so much respect for each other and all of their baggage. the more i read, the more i fall in love with it. amazing writing!

The Extra is Too Strong

Ongoing | | 2022 released

well, it’s an alright story, i suppose... our bodybuilder MC is clearly ridiculously OP and all that jazz, but hey, that’s what i came for! still, his arrogance and open nonchalance is really starting to piss me off. i get that he’s extremely talented and gifted (?) in many aspects of the word, but man, PLEASE STOP UNDERESTIMATING EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING ALL THE DAMN TIME!!! sheesh, it’s so frustrating. there’s no real buildup or anything because of that, either… since we, the readers, never get a chance to actually SEE him do all the hard work and grow that way. he’s pretty much one of those ‘one in a billion’ martial arts geniuses who succeeds everything he ever attempts to do within, like, 42 seconds. and never has to struggle with anything, AT ALL. i mean, i appreciate the action scenes and all that, but could we PLEASE get to see him actually tackle something out of his apparent comfort zone and allow him to be humbled just once? ;_; homeboy could really use some of that emotional growth and character development. anyway. i guess we'll have to wait and see how this pans out!
