The Second Coming of Gluttony
this is interesting! and new, too. i’m really liking the pacing and the progression. he’s not advancing too fast, nor is he getting on by doing reckless things aimlessly. i’m intrigued by this character!!! i’ll admit i was somewhat confused in the beginning when he suddenly got an ‘invitation’ out of nowhere and the whole story vibe changed, but things have only gotten better since then.
Exotic Love
i haven’t even started yet and i can already tell it’s bound to be a five star, lol. edit: 0.0 whoaaa. this really IS exotic, lololol. or toxic, more like… an odd duo either way. really intriguing thus far!!! edit #2: this is so good, man. i love the ambiguity of it all! as well as the dynamic between the main characters. really, this one’s an enigma to me. so much toxicity… yet i honestly can’t help but wish for them to get together. i just want them to start fresh. however, and whenever, their story ends, all i wish is for them to be happy respectively. or, if i would dare dream of more, i wish for them to make each other happy. maybe that could be a new start. they’d have such a long way to go, though… and this is not something i’d normally want to see, but i feel for these two. really, i do. humans are beautifully flawed creatures… and i love how the creator truly demonstrated that here. this is really, really good. melancholic and depressing, without a doubt, but so fragile and delicate all the same. i never thought i’d say this when i first started out, lol! there are so many complex mental issues they need to work through, seriously—jung jaehan especially. he might be one of the more damaged characters i’ve ever come across in the world of manhwa thus far, lol… which should say a lot. anyway, it seems as though there’s one one chapter left of the main story, so i’m excited to reach its conclusion! and i’ll be even happier to see its continuation. ^^ edit #3: reading the side chapters and my heart is finally dancing. <33 edit #4: …um, i take it back. they’re both preeeetty damn fucked up in the head, seriously. why do they treat each other like this, and WHY do they not seem to hate it? or at they both just… masochists…? this is pretty wack, not gonna lie. still love it, though. (i know… i disgust myself, too.) goddamn it!!! #matchmadeinheaven edit #5: name a more toxic couple than this one. i’ll wait. ugh, seriously… they’re so fucked up, it’s not even funny. they assault, comfort and ruin each other on a near-daily basis, it’d seem. what a mess. this is not a relationship i’d ever recommend or advocate for in real life. NEVER. this is fiction, and it should stay that way. still, it seems to me like they’re FINALLY initiating a true healing process for once... (that’s new, lol.) knowing that they’ll choose to stay together nonetheless, one can only hope that they’ll work on their respective issues and look for solace in each other instead of seeking out doubt and self-destruction all the time. i suspect they’re on the right path, though. i believe in youuuu, ya toxic man-children!!! i’m feeling pretty content now after having read the side story in its entirety… i thoroughly believe they’re going to be okay.️ (P.S. PLEASE NOTE THAT I DON’T EVER WISH TO PROMOTE SEXUAL ASSAULT OR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. it’s not okay; it’ll never be okay, and i genuinely can’t believe how or why i still like these two together. i suppose they’ll be one of the few exceptions i’ll make when it comes to these things. just… please make note of that before you judge me, heh. i disgust myself, too.)
Red Candy
…i CANNOT. he’s such a weird agent. never seen one as easily flustered as him before, shdkwhjsjajdhqjs. this cringe-fest is just TOO MUCH!!! (in a good way, tho!) i’m only seven chapters in and i can already tell that this’ll be a wild ride. edit: just finished all the available chapters and i’m in love. <33 definitely another new favorite. i’ve been sleeping on some really good comics lately, goshdarnit!!! — - — - — - — - — these were the notes i made while reading. thought they were pretty self-explanatory, so i’m just gonna go ahead and leave them here… ‘cause i’ve been lazy as fuck lately and i just don’t have it in me to do this properly at the moment, lol. either way, i’ve been thoroughly obsessed with this one ever since i first started out! man, i can’t believe it’s over. i’m really going to miss these guys. the smut was RIDICULOUSLY good, y’all. literally getting turned on just recalling it like the freak i am, haha. oh, and the character development’s been pretty damn evident, too! i quite liked hajun and shihyeon’s ever-changing dynamics. they were surprisingly wholesome together… and entertaining. especially towards the end! anyway, to sum things up real quick: THIS. HAS. BEEN. GREAT. no regrets. absolutely none whatsoever. i’ll definitely reread it one of these days, too! (side note: by now, i actually have. oopsie.) edit #2: LMFAOOO, I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY BROKE THE FUCKING BED LIKE THAT, SKSHDIQHDAKS. this is a first for me. like, genuinely. damn, son!!! must’ve been some real good sex. ;) i’ve loved those epilogue chapters so much.

Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint
i’m loving this. really creative and unpredictable, can’t wait to see what’ll happen! i mean… it’s ridiculous how freakin’ epic this is. frankly speaking, i’m borderline obsessed at this point, lol. this damn quality… it’s basically graphic novel paradise, really. y’all would be crazy not to check this out. edit: bro, it’s basically scripture at this point. i can’t. ;–; (this is available on the webtoon app for free, by the way!!! head over there and support the creator.) edit: WORDS. CANNOT. EXPRESS. HOW. GOOD. THIS. STORY. IS. that shitty excuse of a review doesn’t even scratch the surface. it’s intelligent. intrinsic. COMPLEX. this is simply one of those stories which cannot be overlooked, and it certainly deserve a MUCH better review than the one i just gave you. seriously, it’s an embarrassment. there’s so, soooo much more i could say about its greatness, creativity and overall quality… but my brain’s not really “braining” these days, so i’m gonna have to take a raincheck on that. Kill the Hero
edit #4: i’m adding this way up here because i’ve really changed my mind since the beginning. to put it bluntly, i simply don’t wish for my earlier notes to put anybody off this story, lol. i LOVE this. i just finished chapter 82 and i’m pretty damn obsessed at this point. it keeps growing on me the more i read! anyway, just wanted to add this real quick. this review of mine really did a 180 from back in the day when i just started reading, haha. but the show must go on!!! i’m struggling to figure out exactly what this plot is supposed to be. i was hoping for something similar to solo leveling in both plot and quality, but i guess i shouldn’t have had such high expectations. (solo leveling is clearly SUPERIOR. in everything. lesson learned.) it just seems like homeboy’s on a vendetta to kill… uhm, everyone?? although i’m not even sure about that at this point. am i missing something crucial here??? i can’t seem to figure him out. i barely know what his personality’s like, nor what his actual intentions are. there’s so little depth at this point!!! i’m yearning for some amazing buildups and climaxes, but it doesn’t seem as though i’ll get much of either. the fights are all one-dimensional and anticlimactic as hell. i swear to f***, if this shit continues like this… i’ll be suing a bitch. anyway, i’ll stick around for a bit and see how things unfold. i’m only on chapter 30, after all. i’m hoping for some serious character growth and ‘skills’ which will be developed gradually and realistically over time; not some shallow rewarding system where he gains skills and items without having to do anything. it seems as though he does very little to earn the rewards he ends up getting right now. this shit is all over the place, lol. it seems as though this is merely a poorly executed attempt at a solo leveling remake. no one can beat, replace or rival sung jinwoo or his natural abilities. (CLEARLY.) well, not in this genre, at least. i suppose i should’ve figured that much beforehand, lol. i’m yet to come across one that can match SL in every aspect, and i’ve read and familiarized myself with quite a few comics within this genre at this point. i really feel like ranting about how great and complex and wonderful and captivating solo leveling is compared to everything else i’ve read up until now (which is quite a bit), but i’ll try to refrain. and even though i know one shouldn’t compare two different stories made by two different authors, i can’t help it in this case. there are way too many ‘attempted’ similarities between the two to ignore. siiigh… if you’re gonna try your hand at creating a new story based on (and clearly inspired by) an already loved and well-received novel and comic, at least make sure it’s worthwhile and not a cheap knockoff. it’s a shame, really. i can only hope that things’ll get better from here. i won’t hold my breath, though. edit: just started chapter 50 and i’m happy to announce that things are starting to get better and a lot more cohesive in the process! i think i’m starting to make sense of most things, but there are still a few question marks left. i’m uncertain about his motives and which ‘side’ he’s on still. i’ll keep reading! things are finally starting to become exciting. i’m starting to look forward to the next chapter as soon as i finish one! that’s a great sign in my book. edit #2: this man is so fucking sly. sheesh… and an excellent strategist at that. you go, sir!! fucking hell, i can’t decide whether i should admire him or despise him. perhaps i should settle with a little bit of both. the best of both worlds, aye? this’ll be fun. ^^ edit #3: don’t know how, when or why, but this has somehow become one of those updates i anticipate and look forward to the most. things have really gotten a lot better. can’t wait to see what’s in store for these guys! i take back most of the things i said in the beginning. i’m loving this!
The Villainess Lives Twice
