absolutely fucking incredible. truly. been binging this all night, and i only WISH there were more available chapters out. i’ve never read anything like this before! ughhh, i’m so stoked for the future of this one. whatever happens, it’ll be epic!!! the sexual tension is KILLING me, at that. just fuck already, my god. i’m simping for them both so fucking hard right now, y’all have no idea. <33

my god, this is so freakin’ creative!!! excellent writing and gorgeous art, too. i’ve only just started out, and i can already tell i’m about to become wholly obsessed, lol. it’s a lot darker than i expected, though! not that i’m complaining; it’s a nice change of pace. i’m loving everything about it so far. wonderful character complexity as well!!! seriously, i think i might’ve stumbled onto another artistic masterpiece. it’s so goddamn underrated, too, ugh. but honestly, though… i don’t even mind the relatively short chapters. noblesse started out the same way, and suddenly BOOM!!! we were blessed with longer chapters. nice and perfect chapters. <33 i’d expect something similar to happen here. i’m already anticipating it, haha. it’s seriously marvelous! in any case, it’s so goddamn ingenious and beautiful and binge-worthy i could scream. “NOICE”, i’ll mutter instead. (inside voices and all.) i’m such a simp already, oof. how lovely! no regrets, though. #blessed

this is just… beautiful, really. gorgeous writing! i really like rivers’s character, and ranke’s a pretty good male lead at that. interesting dynamics, to say the least… i’m loving the emotional complexity, too! you never know what to expect with these guys. i’m quite enjoying the unpredictability! nonetheless, i’m stoked to read more. i love this development. <33

oh, wow… ‘power elite’ might actually be an understatement for this guy, sheeeesh. in any case, i’m absolutely loving it! this particular MC of ours, ma hyeon, is surprisingly likable as a person. genuine & authentic, humble & intelligent, honest & good-hearted… just overall incredibly admirable, really! i really do appreciate his character. i want him to be and feel at peace—whatever that might indicate for him and those closest to him. he’s an amazing guy, that’s for sure, and so the rest of that family of his! (his students and close friends are included there, obviously.) i love seeing the unconditional loyalty, all these emotional connections, as well as the faith he has in his students. what a hidden gem, goddammit. honestly though, my ONLY complaint… is the fact that the art-style started to change around chapter 35-40 or something if the like. (i can’t even remember when anymore, oof.) personally, i most definitely prefer the original style! i feel it was a lot more expressive in comparison to these new ones... (and yes, the art has unfortunately been ‘altered’ multiple times by now.) honestly, i still have hope that things'll slowly start to morph back into their original states at some point, but i won’t hold my breath, haha! for now, i’ll continue to advance on this fictional journey nonetheless. he’s truly so fucking OP, though, seriously!!! it’s borderline insane, gaaaawd. this manhwa’s great, and i’m really looking forward to see what else might be in store for the future! edit: i take it back. this new artistry rules!!! i’m loving it. surprisingly, it fits the story very well! to be honest, i still miss the original artist(s) and their art, not gonna lie… but this isn’t bad, either. it’s really not. i’m actually starting to grow semi-excited again! heh.

FUCKING. EPIC. and not just epic, but really freakin’ unique, too!!! despite having read over hundreds of these kinds of manhwas, i don’t think i’ve ever come across one with a woman as the main character who’s not just a mere love interest to the male lead… and i’m absolutely LOVING every minute of it! she’s one badass female lead, ahhh!!! overall, she’s an awesome character. i’m so glad i eventually found it in me to start reading this... for the umpteenth time: i can’t figure out why i keep procrastinating reading all these killer comics for so long… i always end up regretting doing so in the end. AND. I. NEVER. LEARN!!! P.S. it’s a shame there weren’t any room left for tags… definitely could’ve added a few.

ooooh. this dude looks kinda like jinmu from ‘the grand wudang saga, and the cover itself reminds me of ‘ranker’s return’ with the tangy-lookalike on his shoulder in the background, lololol. whichever direction this manhwa decides to take, i’m sure it’s going to be great either way! can’t wait to binge this one!!! well, once there are more chapters available, that is. either way, i have high expectations! I’M SO EXCITED, YEEEEEET. edit: now that i’ve actually read it, i must say it’s way different from my expectations, lol. it’s actually pretty similar to ‘ranker’s return’ and ‘the poisonous healer’ in many ways—completely different storyline and characters, but i don’t know… the vibe’s just there, ya know? then there’s the whole bear-sidekick along with a drug-tamer (or poison, if you will) like the characters from the comics i just mentioned, haha. either way, it’s great! super creative, too. i like that korean mythology’s been incorporated into the story and that the historical vibes are there, even though the whole thing’s being played out in a contemporary setting. haven’t really seen that before, either… maybe like ‘sss-class revival hunter’, if nothing else? i’ve read so many stories at this point that it’s difficult to NOT compare them, really. illustrative greatness all around. <33

LMFAO!!! this is WILD, y’all. i’m loving the chaotic energy flowing around here. also, i really appreciate the unpredictability of both the plot and characters! i’ve been laughing like a crazy person all morning as well, it’s hysterically funny at times. man, what a hidden gem! i’ll definitely be looking forward to reading more of this one. i have noooo idea what to expect. though, but i suppose that’s part of its charm!

haha, let’s just say that i’m thoroughly enjoying myself here! i expected way worse, to be honest. before reading, i’d noticed a comment about how ‘weirdly overpowered’ our MC was… personally, i happen to disagree. i think the story’s progressing pretty nicely, actually! realistically given his circumstances, too.
