this is so, so good! incredibly creative, too. i love this new rosalyn. <33 and pretty much everyone else, to be honest… what a bunch of awesome, likable characters!!! and this is a story with an intriguing plot and super gorgeous art, at that. i couldn’t ask for more, truly! (P.S. definitely would’ve written a much, MUCH better—and appreciative—review if i wasn’t so goddamn sleep deprived, lol.)

ughhh. this is simply… perfection, honestly. it just keeps getting better and better by the chapter, holy FUCK. i’ve talked a lot about power elite-tropes being my absolute favorite for quite some time now, and this manhwa just strengthens that resolve for me. my body’s legit SHAKING from all this excitement at times, i swear to fucking god. if his outstanding abilities and incredible dedication to his sword-arts aren’t enough: this MC of ours is an outstanding one! airen’s righteous but humble, insecure but resolute, honest but considerate… he’s also loyal, ambitious, open-minded, kind and strong—as well as rough and unrelenting whenever the situation might call for it. despite everything he goes through, airen continues to remain true to his character while still being respectful to (and with) everyone he meets throughout this journey. man, what a guy… just overwhelmingly admirable as a person overall—fictions or not. i’m kinda struggling to find ANY flaws with him at this point. like, at all. maybe his poor self-esteem, if anything…? (although, he seems to be working through that issue at a steady pace as we speak.) in all honesty, despite my initial bias and presumptuous attitude towards this one, i quit reading this comic before all those other events occurred the first time around. but, nonetheless, i still ‘stuck it out’ this second time around, and this is the outcome! rereading from scratch was an excellent decision on my part. :)

man… this is so unexpectedly wholesome, man. literally, THEY ARE SO FUCKING PRECIOUS. can’t wait to see them continue to grow closer and closer. <33 we’re already well on our way! i’d say it’s a solid 4.5/5, at least. i’ll be giving it a 5 star rating, anyway—simply because it feels closer to 5 stars rather than 4.

well, i suppose it’s fair to say that it’s pretty decent! somewhat tedious at times, but mostly enjoyable. it’s certainly not something that’s currently capturing my full attention… but you never know! the tides might turn whenever i least expect it. wouldn’t be the first time. ;) edit: hmmm. i’ve been putting off reading new updates for a good while… until today. i just binged the most recently released 17 chapters or something, and i think the story’s gotten much better now! i won’t be continuing that ‘hiatus steak’ i’ve been on over these past couple of months. i’m actually quite looking forward to next week’s update! damn, it took awhile… but the fire’s definitely been rekindled, i won’t deny that, heh. P.S. I FREAKIN’ ADORE CARREN!!!

ohhh, this is original! i’m loving these fantastical elements, and the art is freakin’ GORGEOUS, at that! (well, as expected.) our duchess looks so goddamn ethereal all the time. <33 this baby deserves the woooorld. i’m quite looking forward to seeing these future developments, too! one can only hope i won’t be let down. ;)

extraordinary!!! extraordinary extraordinary EXTRAORDINARYYYY. truly gorgeous art! and some truly exquisite writing, too, ugh. everything is simply perfect!!! i loooove neri and halid’s relationship. they have such pure, natural chemistry going on between the two! i mean, despite the unofficial ‘foundations’ of their relationship, it’s nice seeing them be authentic, respectful and loving with and towards each other. i genuinely wish for their happiness. they’re an outstanding match on so many levels! i truly adore this couple… and i adore them both as individual people, too. sheesh, the amount of respect i have for them both respectively is noooo joke. incredible, incredible characters! i’m so looking forward to watching them bloom—both as individuals and as a union. and let’s not forget about the fact that the comic’s actual plot itself is so freakin’ captivating and creative, too!!! literally, i have absolutely ZERO complaints—about anything. you have my full, undivided attention, dear author! i don’t doubt that this upcoming season will be able to keep up with my interest and enthusiasm, lol. #blessed anywayyy. the whole ‘vibe’ of this manhwa just feels and appears… overall ethereal, i’d say. everything is pulling me in. just wanted to add that real quick. aaaand, i also JUST realized that i binge-finished the first season right in time for the release of season 2! tomorrow’s the day, it’d seem. <33 that’s what i call excellent timing, haha.
