Happy Ending for the Time-Limited Villainess
honestly, i’m kinda split about this… but overall, i guess i kinda like it!!!
The Destroyer Fell in Love with Me
dude, this was super sweet!!! i loved the ending, my god. i actually liked that more than the majority of the story itself, not gonna lie. however, i found the whole thing kinda tedious. i only really stuck around for their wholesome relationship. this is a short review, but i don’t have much else to add. probably won’t reread this one, but i don’t regret reading it. :)
As The Lady Wishes
well… i have mixed opinions about this one. for the first half of the manhwa, jinha was low-key ALWAYS freaking me out, lol. BUT!!! i eventually came to a point where i literally didn’t care about any of that anymore. i mean, if eunseo didn’t care about it, why should i? overall, she seemed perfectly content with him (and he with her), therefore i didn’t pay his shady behavior any mind beyond that. she loved him despite his flaws, and that’s why it think they ended up being quite the match in the end! obviously, their relationship didn’t start out perfect. (even though eunseo seemingly thought it was ideal, she hadn’t yet realized that he was playing a role, nor that she’d been manipulated by him since they were kids.) i mean, he’d been wearing this ‘good guy’ mask all throughout their lives—at least in her close vicinity—and once that mask finally came off, their prospects didn’t look all that great at first. but eventually, after jinha dropped his act completely and began being his true self around her, as well as when she started to see and treat him for who he really was, i think that’s when their relationship began to truly prosper... or at least they finally had an ACTUAL foundation they could start rebuilding their trust from. in the end, it obviously seemed to work out for them! (communication is KEY, y’all. don’t underestimate the act of proper communication.) anyway. at some point after all that madness, my previous doubts about them as a couple slowly began to disperse. it’s actually been a good while since i forgave that shady fucker by now… probably around chapter 50 or something of the like? honestly, i’m not too sure. either way, no relationship is perfect; theirs less than most. still, i personally think that if two people are happy with each other and feel content in each other’s company, nothing else really matters—despite everything that might’ve happened or left damage in the past. they’re not perfect individuals, not even close, but at least they can perfectly compliment each other and make each other grow. (well, at least somewhat.) but anyway!!! like i said earlier, they seemed to be good match despite everything else by the time we’d reached the end of the story. overall, i’ve enjoyed reading this every week! so, in the end, big daddy energy clearly triumphs any obstacles!!! duh, obviously. <3 #lmao #whyamilikethis
The Lady and the Beast
she’s a motherfucking QUEEEEN!!!
My Lord, the Wolf Queen
this was… surprisingly dark and complex. and i really liked it! the art was beautiful and the story progression itself was pretty alright, too. would i have liked to see more details in the more emotional aspect of things? yes, i would’ve. however, this has still been a good read—one i’d consider rereading at some point, at that. so, with that being said, who knows? honestly, i can’t tell whether it’s truly finished or not. i felt that the ‘ending’ was a bit rushed, but other than that, it kept me interested! i’m hoping for a couple of bonus chapters, too! or an epilogue, if nothing else.
Mr.Miss
bro, this was SO. FREAKIN’ SWEET!!! i thoroughly enjoyed witnessing their development (and devotion) as a couple. is this something i’ll reread in the future? probably not, but that doesn’t really matter. it would’ve been nice to finish things off with a couple more bonus chapters, though—just to see how the whole ‘family ordeal’ unfolds… but still, things’ll work out just fine without it, too! :)
Seventh Strike
the story’s finally completed, y’all!! i’ve thoroughly been enjoying myself here. although the story somewhat weirded me out at first, it quickly morphed into wholesomeness, to be honest with you. and a lot sooner than i expected it to at that! still, i must admit that the ending felt a little rushed—some might even use the word ‘incomplete’—but it wasn’t a bad ending at all. i liked it! if the author were to publish another story, i'll definitely be there to check it out!
Actually, I was the Real One
heh, i like it! it’s nice seeing keira’s character development throughout the story. and i also quite appreciate the fact that we seem to have two love interests. honestly, i like them both… personally, i’d go with erez. ;)
