HAHAHAHAHAHA, I DIDN’T EXPECT THIS AMOUNT OF COMEDIC GENIUS, BRO!!! so fucking funny, omg. unexpectedly wholesome, too. also, our killer’s so UNBELIEVABLY. FUCKING. ATTRACTIVE. i’ve actively decided to binge this one in the shower… ‘cause it not, R.I.P. my lacey underwear. goddammit.

that’s my sword queen!!! i adore her. and the story as a whole, obviously. she’s really, really admirable and a great female lead. binged this whole thing until i passed out and then continued the minute i woke up this morning, lol. i have no regrets, though! it’s truly amazing.

woooow. this is a lot more melancholic than i thought it’d be! excellent writing and emotional complexity. i’m genuinely surprised. i figured it’d be a wholesome, friends-to-lovers type of story, but THIS!!! this is turning out to be an unexpected—albeit fascinating—plot with an intriguing outcome! i’m truly looking forward to reading more of this. i have no doubt it’ll have a good finish once we’ve reached the end of the road at some point in the future. great, realistic character development, too! the way certain emotional elements and themes are being depicted in this story is extremely thorough and well thought-out. perfect portrayal of everything from depression to heartache to neglect—even the narcissism hits the nail on the head! whoever created these characters has an excellent understanding of psychology and the human psyche in general, i think. and to top things off, the art itself is nice and very expressive. overall, i’ve got zero complaints! update: it’s been a couple of weeks by now, and the story has finally been marked as ‘complete’. first of all, my original opinion hasn’t really changed since my initial commentary! it’s been an overall nice read, and i’d be interested in looking up any of the creator’s other works. (if there are any.) second of all, despite all this… ‘emotional turbulence’, if you will, i’m pleased with the ending, pacing and general development. it’d be nice with a short side story or something of the like as well! just to finish things off properly. that’d be the the cherry on top. :)

this one’s seeeriously fucked up. and i’m loving it!!! i’ll worship this woman ‘til the day i die, i swear. my god, this wicked sense of admiration and justification i feel for this person is next level powerful, man!!! she’s a literal GODDESS of manipulation. like a siren, only way worse. (if villainism was a person, heh…) i guess i should be overall frightened, if nothing else, but i’m really not. this is so refreshing!!! terrifying, but refreshing all the same. i’d probably lick the soles of her feet if she asked me to, not gonna lie. “she’s a nightmare dressed like a daydream,” as someone once said. extremely intelligent, unbelievably cunning and so, soooo fucking attractive. i love her. <33 she’s a horrible, horrible person… i’d 100% run for the hills if i met this fictional queen in real life, though. god, what a fearsome thought. however!!! bad bitches like verta 2.0 don’t come around all too often. ESPECIALLY as female leads… such intriguing dynamics!!! beautiful complexity, to say the least. edit: my god, she’s an actual fucking MENACE. at this point in time, i practically get chills ALL OVER my body whenever i read a fresh update. this is truly terrifying. her conniving genius is unparalleled. sighhh. i don’t know whether to laugh or cry anymore, i just can’t cope. a true villainess.

this is… kinda genius, actually. excellent writing! never thought i’d enjoy it this much, to be frank with you. it’s freakin’ HILARIOUS. i kid you not, i’ve been cackling all morning. this is something i never knew i needed. it’s weird, but oh, so fucking good!!! surprisingly unique, too. you never know what to expect, that’s for sure! i LOVE all these characters as well!!! especially yosef and four-eyes; they’re such a wild and fun combination. daeshik has OFFICIALLY become my new spirit animal. what an icon. #legend still, these two are actually SOMEHOW managing to make ME feel embarrassed. that’s a feat in itself. i mean ACTUALLY FUCKING EMBARRASSED, y'all. sighhh, so hot. once again: it’s really fucking wild, though—i can tell you that much. i don’t even know what else to say. i’ll repeat: GENIUS. WRITING. and i’m loving every minute of it, too! this manhwa’s definitely definitely DEFINITELY going on my list of favorites. 10/10, would recommend. <33 (R.I.P. my undies, tho… the smut is top-tier quality, that’s fo sho.) but man, i genuinely regret not taking any screenshots. (was probably too wrapped up in the story to remember doing so, sheesh.) there are soooo many memorable moments, and i still laugh—even now—whenever i think about ‘em, lol. even though i literally JUST binged this whole thing in, like, a couple hours. pre-nostalgia, maybe one could call it?? it’s stupid, but kinda true nonetheless. #yolo. i’m looking forward to season 3 like you wouldn’t believe. <33 i adore these characters. talk about originality, lmfao. (character wise, that is.) so freakin’ obsessed with this!!! i’ll probably end up rereading it pretty soon, too. (to take a whole bunch of screenshots and savor my favorite moments, if nothing else.) edit: i CANNOT. FUCKING. BELIEVE… how goddamn adorable these couples are. like, the fuck?? how??? anyway, i’m still obsessed with this manhwa. season three is so wholesome. <33 daeshik and yosef is THE. ACTUAL. BEST. couple out there, fr. love the transparency and authenticity of their relationship. gaaaawd, i’m still obsessed! edit #2: ahhh, it’s finally all wrapped up. <33 this last season was such a well-needed boost of extra wholesomeness, love and personal growth, and it’s just… such an overall nice way of ending a story with this many essential characters in it. it’s been such a wild ride, but a great one nonetheless! that’s all i can really say at this point. #blessed

wow… this really is nothing like what i expected, lol. it’s pretty damn great, though!!! it’s a shame that the translations kinda suck, but the story itself is good enough for me to put up with it. heh. i’m kinda excited to see what’ll happen next, not gonna lie. this is such a toxic (but still weirdly wholesome) mess. i don’t even know what to think anymore. edit: ‘weirdly wholesome, weirdly toxic mess’ sounds just right for this one, lol. they seem to be happy together despite… um, everything…? ehem, despite all the shit they put each other through, so i won’t pass judgment on them, their dynamics, OR any of their choices. i mean, why would i? if they’re content, as will i be. god, manhwa’s desensitized me to violence and abusive relationships soooo fucking badly…! this would never fly in real life, at least i know that much… even for me. sheeeesh. 0.o edit #2: THIS FUCKING SIDE STORY NEARLY KILLED MEEEE. omfg, i love them. what a wholesome, toxic mess. <33 like, bruuuuh… i never knew what to expect reading this, that’s for sure. hahahaha

holy FUCK, this is good. ahhhh, my mind’s blanking and that’s a shame, but it’s great fucking writing, man!!! (hopefully, i’ll be back with a better mid-reading review later. sheesh.)
