Make Me Hard
It's completely ridiculous, but still funny. The female lead is a BL mangaka and fujoshi and fantasizes about the men in her workplace in various sexual situations, but she's about to be fired until she can properly draw a man's penis. And one of her ideal male co-workers does comply with her request, and shows her his penis... Wacky fun times abound. It's not a good manga, but it did make me laugh with the two chapters that are available. Unfortunately, the third chapter goes downhill real quick.
A Kind Goblin's Bird
Webtoon where a girl who's abused by her parents gets discovered by a man in a goblin mask. Art is quite good, but I am not too fond of the plot right now. It doesn't make sense why the prince would take interest in her, and help her out of her current situation. We'll have to see if it gets better, but I feel like the art is wasted on this bad story so far. Update: Lore is utter nonsense about twins and goblins, sort of like changelings but slightly different. Each chapter is a waste of time to read. Just the two main characters being sickly lovey-dovey to each other, and nothing else happening. Update #2: Well, that escalated quickly in the end. Made no sense, and characters didn't earn their happy ending.
Sultan’s Love
The art is really good, and the paneling as well. I'm not getting a good feel of the characters right now, so I will adjust ratings as needed when more chapters are released. I like the ruthlessness of the sultan and I hope it's not just some cheap trick to make him seem mean for no reason, while he's nice to the female lead in a fake forced contrast. Will keep my eyes posted for more. Update: The female lead is an idiot, and the male love interest sultan guy is always saving her. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. And it's creepy that he is in love with his father's concubine, even if they didn't sleep together. It's also the whole reason why he rebelled and killed all his siblings in the first place too. Really? Love over everything? It's just so cliche. They don't even really love each other...That's just what they want readers to feel, but I'm not fooled. Not much happens, they have some more sex, then she magically became more assertive, and boom, the end. Meh.
Boys of the Dead
Zombies x BL, oh my! I thought this was an anthology collection, but it seems all three stories are related to each other, and it's being told in reverse flashback order. The art is gritty and edgy, although sometimes it's hard to tell what's happening in the panels. It's pretty decent, although not the best that I've read. There's more scenes of zombies than scenes of sex, the latter is heavily censored by cut-aways, which is fine with me since that's the angle the mangaka was going for here.
In Walpurgis night,
Brother is sorta in love with his adopted sister, but actually she's the witch responsible for killing his mother six years ago. She disappears from her life after getting shot by his father, and now he's been eaten by a black blob. Very fast-paced for the first two chapters, not quite sure how I feel about it at the moment. I'll adjust rating accordingly as more chapters come out. Right now, I'm lukewarm towards the overall setup and presentation of the plot and characters.
I Raised Cinderella Preciously
Trying to bring a new twist to the both tired genres of Cinderella and isekai stories, the female lead ends up reincarnated as the evil stepmother. But this time, she's going to raise all her kids right, including Cinderella, yay~ Although it sounded interesting at first, I feel the execution is severely lacking. There's too much thinking going on in the female lead's part and nothing happening. Seriously, almost every panel is filled with her thoughts. I don't care for any of the characters, they're all bland and don't stand out. I am not getting any personality from any of them, even the main character, since she thinks too much and doesn't do anything. She's too passive and it's boring. Sigh. The art is ok, but nothing great. The daughters are ugly compared to the stepmother and Cinderella, which sucks. They don't question their mother's sudden change in attitude at all. The names are incredibly stupid. We have Mildred, Sandra, Iris, Lily, Ashley, Gary, and Fred. Like the most uncreative names ever....
31st Consort
It started off promising, but just lags in the recent chapters. I find the idea of having 31 consorts really stupid, since it's not like they will all be prominent characters. Just come up with a couple and have them compete so we'll get to know them better. I really hate it when authors make up a huge number for the sake of huge numbers and put no thought towards execution. As I suspected, only about three consorts are important, other than the main character consort candidate. She's like a bright, cheery, nothing-will-get-her-down type character, and it was ok at first, but now it's boring since she hasn't really been challenged. Everything comes too easily to her and it's not fun to read about. The king almost immediately falls in love with her, and she with him. Sigh.
His Highness Discovered I’m a Woman!
It's a cliched shoujo set up where the female lead falls in love with a man while she's dressed as a boy. I only wish she was a stronger character, since she keeps making mistakes and got discovered way too quickly. It's not bad, and the art is quite nice. It's like a 3.5 for me. Basically it works, but it's been done lots of times before in stories, and better, too.
Fate/grand Order Dj - Love That Leads To The Abyss
It's the male Master x Caster Gilgamesh in Fate:Grand Order. I thought this short doujinshi was cute. I've always preferred Caster Gilgamesh over Archer Gilgamesh anyway. The other two chapters that have been uploaded are not related, must be an incorrect upload.
