Shiranai Kao
A collection of unusual oneshots, with interesting relationship dynamics.
Anata No Tonari Ni Suwarasete
The main story's a bit crap, but the other one was fun to read - it's fun to flirt/to be flirted with, and that flirty atmosphere was well portrayed, and palpable. I wouldn't waste my time rereading the main story, but the other one I MIGHT reread at some point. 2 stars for the main story, 3.5 stars for the other one.
Anata no Kiss mo Kokoro mo Zenbu
Not brilliant. The only one worth reading was the one with the cat-like uke.
Restart
I quite liked these, apart from the pedo one.
Not Enough Time
The couple from the first story also appear in 'Signal', which itself, is a side story to 'Arashi no Ato', (and its sequel 'Hatsukoi no Atosaki'). 3.5 stars. I really liked this. The relationships were relatable. The love between the characters was palpable, despite their various relationship problems. It was really sweet, but not in a soppy, vomit-inducing way. I loved most of the characters and their stories, apart from the one with the coffee shop owner.
Miteranneeyo
3.5 stars. Yeah, it wasn't bad. Especially in the main story, the characterisation and development of the relationship were quite good. The characters and their relationships were believable - apart from the daddy-longlegs, (5th chapter) - was that even by the same mangaka, or was it inserted erroneously? The art style and storyline were so different from the others, that it seemed seriously out of place, and ruined the mood of the manga.
Kiss to Kirai no Hantai
3.5 stars. Well I rather enjoyed those. They were pretty varied, and I wanted to read more of all of them.
Douse, Meromero
That was quite a mixed bag - some not bad, others not so good, but it was still an enjoyable read.
Irome
Looks a bit long, but I can read it in several goes, given that it's not just one story. I want to read it, because it looks like it might bring back some good memories...
