Let’s Hide My Younger Brother First
i was thrown off by the fact that franz suddenly turned straight like what. the whole situation felt off idk.
Keep a Dog
i was confused the whole time, yeah there was the kidnapping, the ransom, the rape but the story never expanded to explain why those things had to happened. it was good but eh,,,
It's My Destiny To Be The Hero's Saviour
I love it omg. It's straightforward with its plot, the MC was well balanced in terms of her OP-ness. There were no fillers or extra bullshit fan service, the others characters really felt like they had a purpose for the development of the plot. And one of my favorite, the MC is developing, like once she got her revenge on her father, she moved on with a much bigger goal and it was amazing to see, the creator is a genius, i wish more writers write this way.
Trapping the Foxy Doctor
Its so fucking adorable. I really thought this would be a bore but reading through, i became more sure that it will become one of my favorite manhuas lol. I thought it was a niche given that it was another 'cosplaying' scenario, but the story did not revolve itself around the concept, it was just a plot device that was used to elevate and push the story. i love the characters whole-heartedly because they are not your usual character tropes, it really feels satisfying. Like for example, I thought Banyi would turn out into an idiot hot mess who keeps messing up in the most cringiest way, but no, he's just a bright person whose an extreme people pleaser who worries about others. Li Lin, is the character i did not expect to fall for, I thought he was a very typical 'seme' with a sophisticated aura w/ an aloof personality, but nOooO, he's just a snob when he needs to be because he has boundaries and likes to be straightforward with what he does. I especially appreciate the bond between the two main characters because it started out comedic and now it became romantic w/ out sacrificing the comedy of their duo-ness. I also particularly like the use of psychology and the "cases" the story showed because it did not render adding a psychologist main character useless, we see his professional life as well and it didn't feel stereotyped as well. Overall, i love and adore this manhua, its plot, the character dynamic. its just so ugh, it deserves a place in my heart
Materialistic Princess
Okay,,, at first I was really suspicious about how the story will go but honestly I'm loving it rn. Its comedic, the plot flows naturally, and nothing seems forced. I like how the ML is very aloof and actually does not feel emotions visibly at the first few times they met with the MC. Because when he opened up, it became more adorable and endearing. I also like how the MC is driven by the power of money, she does not feel awkward or weird, she just has a family debt, a gullible brother and a dream lmao.
